Police say they suspect Jherinique Creshelle Jamison, 22, shot a man in the 800 block of Convention Center Boulevard on May 27. According to a statement from the NOPD, Jamison offered the victim a ride to his hotel. Once the man was inside her car, she allegedly demanded his property then shot him in the hand. Anyone with information on Jamison’s whereabouts is asked to call 8th District Detective Steve Nolan at (504) 658-6733 or Crimestoppers at (504) 822-1111. NOPD seeks man who broke into car wash New Orleans police are searching for a man who broke into a car wash in Gentilly on May 31, according to a statement. Police said the man entered the God Is Good Car Wash in the 3900 block of Gentilly Boulevard by forcing his way through a window. Once inside, he disabled the security cameras but did not take any property from the business, according to police. Woman robbed in Metairie at gunpoint A woman was robbed at gunpoint Friday night in Metairie, according to records from Jefferson Parish 911 headquarters. The robbery happened about 7 p.m. in the 6200 block of Riverside Drive. The woman’s injuries were not life-threatening. Man shot in Central City in critical condition A 36-year-old man was shot Saturday evening in Central City, according to Officer Frank Robertson, a spokesman for the New Orleans Police Department. Robertson said the man suffered multiple gunshot wounds at Washington Avenue and South Robertson Street about 6:30 p.m. He was transported to a hospital in critical condition, according to Robertson.
