The names of the arrested men were not immediately available. Officers believed the men were involved with an armed robbery in City Park earlier in the day, police said. Information on where and when the armed robbery happened was not immediately available. During the chase, the men ran into the area of the high school, forcing administrators to lockdown the campus as a precautionary measure. The men never made it to the school’s property, police said. Police did not say if the chase began in City Park and ended in the 7th Ward or if officers later found the men in the neighborhood. The men were arrested after a search of the area.
